Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on Kendall Keeteribclc are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We'll always communicate any delays via email.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier performance and do not include order processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Standard shipping is FREE on all domestic orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes). The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. Free shipping applies to the Standard (5–7 business day) shipping method only.
Note on Alaska and Hawaii: While we happily ship to Alaska and Hawaii, orders to these states are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $6.99. Express and Overnight shipping options are available at standard rates, though actual delivery times may be slightly longer than the continental U.S. estimates.
4. Overnight Shipping Details
Overnight shipping is fulfilled via FedEx Priority and delivers within 1 business day after your order ships. Please note:
- Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST to ship same day (subject to processing capacity)
- Overnight delivery is available Monday through Friday only; packages do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays
- Alaska and Hawaii orders may take 2 business days with Overnight shipping
- Signature may be required for Overnight delivery at the carrier's discretion
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email from us with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Depending on your carrier:
- USPS: Visit usps.com and enter your tracking number
- UPS: Visit ups.com and enter your tracking number
- FedEx: Visit fedex.com and enter your tracking number
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking doesn't update within 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected].
6. Delivery Issues
If your package shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or at a secure location where the carrier may have left it
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes tracking shows delivered before the package physically arrives
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us at [email protected] and we'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf
For packages that are lost in transit (no movement for 7+ business days on Standard, 3+ on Express, 2+ on Overnight), please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to expand in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
