30-Day Easy Returns. We want you to love your tee. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Free returns within 30 days of delivery — no complicated forms, no hassle.

1. Return Window

You may return most items purchased from Kendall Keeteribclc within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must meet all of the conditions outlined in Section 2 below.

The return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted unless the item has a manufacturer defect or was damaged in shipping.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unwashed — item must be in original condition
  • Original tags still attached
  • Not altered, customized, or damaged by the customer
  • Free of pet hair, odors, stains, or signs of wear
  • In original packaging if possible (not required, but preferred)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (damage caused by customer)
  • Items with tags removed
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards

4. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include: Your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
  4. Ship it back: Pack your item(s) securely and drop off at your nearest carrier location
  5. Get your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 5–10 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds via PayPal to a linked card may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you don't see your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.

6. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the size you'd like
  • We'll check availability and confirm your exchange within 1–2 business days
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label for the original item
  • Your exchange item will ship once we receive your return

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or (213) 485-0439 with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return damaged items unless specifically requested. We handle these cases as a priority and aim to resolve them within 1–2 business days.

8. Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund only if:

  • The return does not meet our return conditions (item was worn, damaged, etc.)
  • The return is initiated after the 30-day window

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping is always 100% free with no deductions from your refund.
